At Age In Place Connecticut, our mission is to empower seniors throughout the state to live safely, comfortably, and confidently in the homes and communities they cherish by connecting seniors and caregivers with trustworthy information and local resources

Age In Place Connecticut is led by our Executive Director, Geoff Herzog. For over 10 years, Mr. Herzog has been involved in a variety of businesses and philanthropic efforts including running his own business while raising a family in Fairfield County, Connecticut. His focus is to help ensure that aging in place is not only possible — but practical and fulfilling.

To achieve this, we organize community-based speaker events featuring experts in aging-related fields. These programs are held in familiar, welcoming spaces and are designed to benefit three key groups:

Community Venues, Local Businesses, and Seniors and Their Loved Ones.
